Please understand if this item has been worn or used we will not be able to accept your exchange.

 Item has to be sent back in the same condition & packaging it was received in. If sent back with any type of defect the exchange will be rejected. 

After we have received it we will begin processing your exchange. 

Please note you are responsible for the returning shipping fee on returning items.

 You have 14 days from receiving your item to send it back to us for an exchange.

We are not liable for you entering the wrong address, so when ordering please make sure you have checked it correctly.
